By accessing and using VoteHubGH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To participate in voting, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Voting Rules

To ensure fairness and integrity in our voting process, the following rules apply:

  • Unlimited Voting: Users enjoy unlimited voting privileges and can vote for multiple nominees as many times as they wish, unless specified otherwise for a particular event.
  • No Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate voting results through the use of bots, multiple accounts, or other technical means is strictly prohibited.
  • Paid Voting: For events with paid voting, all transactions are final. No refunds will be issued once a vote has been successfully cast and processed.
  • Finality: Once a vote is cast, it cannot be processed for a refund or changed.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VoteHubGH and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VoteHubGH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
